On Wednesday, September 27, the TCRWP was delighted to welcome Sheila Heen, a lecturer at Harvard Law School, who gave a talk at the first principals conference entitled “Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well”. In her talk, Heen helped administrators consider different kinds of feedback, awareness of potential reactions to feedback, the challenges of understanding what the giver means, and tools for making productive use of feedback. We were incredibly fortunate to learn from Sheila Heen at this important time of the school year and hope to welcome her back to the TCRWP in the future.
