As the school year begins to wind down and summer institute season begins, we want to take the opportunity to say thank you to our community, especially to all of you who showed such loving and generous support—and who donated to the TCRWP’s ‘Literacy Lifeboats’ initiative — to support schools in need after Hurricane Harvey.
Through your generous contributions, Literacy Lifeboats provided funds to support the repair of buildings, classrooms, and libraries of schools in Texas.
Thank you for all you contributed to Literacy Lifeboats and other organizations helping schools, children and families in need after Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Maria. We know that there are still so many in need of support in Puerto Rico, across the Caribbean, and the continental US. We hope you continue to find ways to support education efforts around the world.
